Bonnie Sussman-Versace

Bonnie Sussman-VersaceBonnie Sussman-Versace grew up in her parent’s retail clothing business learning about customer relations and the value of good customer service. A business leader and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience, she was the Founder and Operating Principal of a $4M Interior Design and Office Furnishings firm; the Founder and Chairperson of the Small Business Roundtable; the Founder and Chairperson of the Healthcare Roundtable, and created the first partnering alliance in the commercial interior design field between firms located in South Africa and the United States. Bonnie honed her project management and organizational skills by overseeing multi-million dollar turnkey design and furnishings projects from site selection through construction and Client relocation. She has earned many of the region’s most prestigious honors, including the Berks County Chamber of Commerce “Small Business Leader” and “Small Business of the Year” awards, the Eastern PA Business Journal “Executive Spotlight” award, and the PA Department of Economic and Development “PA Best 50 Women in Business” award. Bonnie remains active in the community and serves on several Boards of Directors, committees and fundraisers.

Joni S. Naugle

Joni S. Naugle has more than 25 years in the banking industry with leadership roles in strategic planning, marketing, operations, project planning, project management, merger integration, and corporate culture development. As Chief Operating Officer at the $1.1 billion Patriot Bank, Joni had years of experience interpreting technical regulations and creating implementation plans that met both regulatory and business requirements. Her organizational skills and high-energy allow her to help clients quickly break down projects into clearly articulated action steps that are manageable and measurable. Her collaborative approach incorporates the emotional elements of business that are critical and often overlooked in an organization’s pursuit for success. Her facilitation experience has helped both professional and community organizations channel group dynamics to achieve optimum results. Joni is a graduate of Albright College, the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Banking and the Center for Advanced Emotional Intelligence. Joni and her husband Dave chaired the 2004 United Way Annual Campaign, exceeding the $8.15 million goal benefiting health and human services in Berks County.
